Subsequent to the directors of the companies filing resolutions at the Companies Office, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), stating that on appointment of liquidators the companies would be able to pay their debts, Victoria Toon and Peri Micaela Finnigan, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on 28 November 2007 at 4.30pm, the date and time the liquidations commenced.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that as liquidators of the companies, we fix 20 December 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
