District Courts Rules 1992—Opening Hours of Certain District Courts

Pursuant to Rule 20(3) of the District Courts Rules 1992, the Minister for Courts has formally revoked, with effect on the close
of 30 November 2007, the directions made in respect of each of the District Courts at the places named in the first column of
the Schedule, as published in the New Zealand Gazette and specified in the second column of the Schedule, and directed that,
on and after 1 December 2007, the office of each of the District Courts at the places named in the first column of the Schedule
be open on the days and at the times respectively specified in the third column of the Schedule.
