Reserves Act 1977

Amending a Notice Setting Land Apart for Education Purposes—Mataura Island, Southland

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 April 2004, No. 46, page 1161, by deleting the quoted text and substituting the following:
