Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservation Support Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (utility) reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by council in such manner and on terms and conditions as the council determines.
