Pioneer Insurance Company Limited
Proposed Release of Deposit
Pursuant to the Life Insurance Act 1908
Pioneer Insurance Company Limited (hereinafter called "the company") has given notice to Public Trust that it has ceased to carry on the business of insurance in New Zealand and that it proposes to withdraw, pursuant to section 12 of the Act, the deposit which has been made by it with Public Trust.
Public Trust therefore gives notice, pursuant to section 12 of the Act, that, being satisfied that all liabilities of the company in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been fully liquidated or provided for, it proposes to release to the company on or after 30 November 2007, the amount deposited by the company.
Any objections to the release of the amount deposited should be lodged with Public Trust, 141 Willis Street, Wellington 6011, on or before 19 November 2007.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property
In the matter of section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952, and in the matter of a general security agreement dated the 9th day of May 2007, registered on the Personal Property Securities Register under number F27FD50F5V0C8937, granted by Pacificare Trust, a registered charitable trust under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, incorporation number 61 5324 ("the mortgagor") to The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited, as trustee of the Primero Trust ("the mortgagee"):
Notice is given as follows:

On 31 October 2007, The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited, at Auckland, as trustee of the Primero Trust, the mortgagee, under a general security agreement dated the 9th day of May 2007, entered into possession of the collateral set out in the general security agreement, except for all real property, in respect of which Pacificare Trust had a right or interest.

The address of the mortgagee is Level 7, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland.

The description of the mortgaged property is all Pacificare Trust’s present and after acquired property, being all Pacificare Trust’s personal property and all other property, but not including any real property in respect of which Pacificare Trust has any right or interest.
