Reserves Act 1977
Revocation of a Notice—Declaration That Private Land Shall be Protected Private Land
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the East Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 August 1980, No. 94, page 2414, declaring that the private land be protected private land for scenic purposes.

Naming of Reserves
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby declares that the recreation reserves described in the Schedule are to be known as the Te Paki Recreation Reserve.

Classification and Naming of Part of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservation Support Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, hereby classifies that part of the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve and declares that that part of the reserve be known as the Coronation Park Recreation Reserve.

Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993
Recommendation to Amend Purpose of a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(5) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the purpose of the Māori Reservation described in the Schedule hereto is hereby amended to state “for the purpose of a Māori recreation reserve for the common use and benefit of the owners of the said land and their invitees”.
