Termination of Dumping Investigation: Diaries
From the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong China, Indonesia and the Republic of Korea

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 11 of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, I have terminated a dumping investigation undertaken in accordance with section 10 of that Act into diaries, with or without covers, excluding diaries with steel ring binders and wall planners from the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong China, Indonesia and the Republic of Korea.

I have terminated the investigation in respect of the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong China, Indonesia and the Republic of Korea as I am satisfied that there was insufficient evidence of dumping of the said diaries to justify proceeding with the investigation.
