Reserves Act 1977

Change of Classification to Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager of the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, hereby declares the reclassification of the parts of the reserve described in the Schedule from a nature reserve (wetlands) to a local purpose (wildlife) reserve.

Change of Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservation Support Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a local purpose (cemetery) reserve to a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
