(a) Pursuant to section 52(1), declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice is to be set apart as a site
for teacher housing and to remain vested in Her Majesty

(b) Pursuant to section 28, further declares the land
described in the Second Schedule to this notice is subject to
the creation of an easement in favour of and to be held
