of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority hereby gives

General Use Claims:
A fungicide for the control of early and late blight in
potatoes, and downy mildew in onions and garlic.

director-general, under section 17 of the Agricultural
Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, concerning
the application notified above.\nSuch submissions:

(a) must state in full the reasons for making the

(b) may state any decision sought on that application;

(c) must be received by the director-general no later
than 30 working days after the date of notification
in the New Zealand Gazette; and

Notice of Granting an Open Aviation Market Licence

Pursuant to section 87U(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990
and to sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988,
I give notice that, having received an application from US
Airways, Inc., of Tempe, Arizona, a designated airline of the
United States of America, John Gibson Bradbury, Acting
Secretary for Transport in the Ministry of Transport, has
granted the airline an open aviation market licence to carry
on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights for an
indefinite term with effect from 24 September 2007.
