Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a marae and papakāinga for the common use and benefit of all the owners and their descendants.

South Auckland Land District

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of an urupā or burial ground for the common use and benefit of the descendants and those persons affiliated to Wharepuni Marae. The reservation is to be known as Te Uru o Popoia Māori Reserve.

Taranaki Land District

Schedule

All that piece of land situated in Block II Hawera District and described as follows:

2024 Sub 6 Ngatitupaea Block.
