Extension of District Court Judge’s Jurisdiction

Pursuant to section 28B of the District Courts Act 1947,
His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has
been pleased to appoint

Jan Marie Doogue, District Court Judge

to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Courts
under Part 2A of the Act on and from the 1st day of October
2007.
