Road Realignment—Kaka Road, Okoki,
New Plymouth District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which shall
vest in the New Plymouth District Council;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(3)(a), declares the
portion of road adjoining or passing through the land
described in the Second Schedule to this notice is to be
stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with
the land in Computer Freehold Register TN153/281, subject
to mortgage 402626.4;
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(3)(a), declares the
portion of road adjoining or passing through the land
described in the Third Schedule to this notice is to be
stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with
the land in Computer Freehold Register TN167/125, subject
to mortgage 402626.4;
(d) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described
in the Fourth Schedule is taken as severance and shall be
amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register
TN167/125, subject to mortgage 402626.4
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.

Land Acquired for Road—State Highway 1,
Himatangi, Manawatu District
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to
a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald
Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that,
pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is
acquired for road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the
Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited
access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.
