then applies.

4. Revocation of notice and transitional provisions—
   (1) The Public Trust Common Fund Interest Rates Notice
   9 August 2007 is revoked.
   (2) The rates of interest specified in Schedules 1 and 2 to this
   notice do not apply to any period that ends with 4 September
   2007 but otherwise operate as from 5 September 2007.
   (3) The rates of interest specified in Schedule 3 to this notice:
   (i) do not apply to investment deposits repayable at
   the end of a fixed term that commenced prior to
   5 September 2007; but
   (ii) do apply to investment deposits repayable at the
   end of a fixed term that commenced on or after
   5 September 2007.

Notice of Intention to Apply for Approval of Code
of Practice

Pursuant to section 79 of the Hazardous Substances and New
Organisms Act 1996 (“HSNO Act”), the Environmental
Risk Management Authority gives notice that Luxfer Gas
Cylinders Australia intends to apply for the approval of a
Code of Practice as a new design standard for gas cylinders
of Hoop Wrapped Composite Construction.

The standard is ISO 11119–1 Part 1 (2002).

Under Regulation 10(c) of the Hazardous Substances
(Compressed Gases) Regulations 2004, the Authority may
approve a code of practice that specifies requirements
equivalent to the requirements of a standard referred to in
Regulation 10(a).

Luxfer Gas Cylinders Australia has applied for ISO 11119–1
Part 1 to be approved under this Regulation.
