Land Declared Reserve—Maunu, Whangarei

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegated authority under the Reserves Act 1977, the Whangarei District Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on 13 December 2006:

“That pursuant to Section 14 of the Act, the land described in the Schedule hereto is declared recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act, to be known as Whangarei Quarry Gardens Reserve.”
