Chief Coroner Appointed

Pursuant to section 105 of the Coroners Act 2006,
His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand,
acting on the advice of the Attorney-General given after
consultation with the Minister of Justice, has been pleased to
appoint

(Allan) Neil MacLean, District Court Judge of Hamilton

to be the Chief Coroner for New Zealand for a term of eight
years on and from the date of this notice.
