Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International
Air Service Licence
Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act
2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court
on 9 August 2006, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1975 Holden Torana, Registration No. HS6271.
Against: Darren Kane Boyd.
1983 Toyota Corona, Registration No. KU6361.
Against: David John King.
1988 Nissan Cefiro, Registration No. TC3768.
Against: Michael Gregory Buckingham.
1992 Mazda Astina, Registration No. ZJ3780.
Against: Antonio Olohau Mailangi.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should
contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4289) as the
Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations
2002.

Pursuant to section 87J (6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990,
and sections 28, 29, 41 and 42 of the State Sector Act
1988, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport dated
12 October 2004, and a sub-delegation from the Secretary
for Transport dated 12 October 2004, and further to a notice
in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 June 2006, No. 73, page
1871, I give notice that having received an application from
Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has
varied the scheduled international air service licence held by
that airline to provide for:
• in respect of Hong Kong, the right to operate a daily
service beyond to London;
• in respect of Japan, the right to operate B777 aircraft;
• in respect of the United Kingdom, the removal of
restrictions on the right to carry traffic between the
United Kingdom and third countries where the service
starts or ends in New Zealand; and
• in respect of Vanuatu, the right to operate one service
per week to points in Vanuatu, together with code-share
capacity as filed with and acknowledged by the
Secretary for Transport.
The variation took effect from 1 August 2006.

(Auckland) Amendment Act 2004, the panel appointed:

to be directors of the Auckland Regional Transport Authority
for terms commencing on 1 July 2006 until 30 June 2007; and
Brian Roche
to be the chair of the Auckland Regional Transport Authority
for a term commencing on 1 July 2006 until 31 March 2007.
