Malcolm Grant Hollis and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Wellington respectively, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Wast Uni Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 7th day of August 2006 at 10.12 a.m.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Neil Raymond Donnell and Paul John McCormick, insolvency practitioners and chartered accountants of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited, were appointed liquidators of Middleton Road Properties Limited.
