Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in
the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the
road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to
be stopped and when stopped, Section 1, SO 24761 being
amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation revokes the reservation as a reserve over the
land described in the Schedule and declares that the land
may be exchanged by the Christchurch City Council for
land forming part of Wainoni Park.
