Severance Taken—State Highway No. 1, Rata–Silverhope, Rangitikei District
Pursuant to section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and shall vest in the Crown as stopped government road on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—State Highway No. 1, Rata–Silverhope, Rangitikei District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 119, is taken as severance and shall vest in the Crown as stopped government road on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares:
(a) the first described area of stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB46C/906, subject to mortgage 6512040.1; and
(b) the second described area of stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 13773.
