David Stuart Vance and Barry Phillip Jordan, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of Biz2Biz Services Limited (in liquidation) and Biz2Biz Solutions Limited (in liquidation) on the 31st day of July 2006 at 10.27 a.m. and 10.32 a.m. respectively, by the High Court at Wellington.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidators will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns to creditors.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidators have fixed the 30th day of August 2006, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
