Pursuant to section 14 (5) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act
1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the
following notice.

Notice

(1) This notice is the Department of Conservation
Wellington Conservancy Fire Safety Margin Removal
Notice 2006.

(2) This notice will come into force 28 days after its
publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

The one kilometre fire safety margin is hereby removed
