Notice That the Gambling Act (Casino Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004 Has Been Amended

Pursuant to section 328 of the Gambling Act 2003, I, Catherine Jane Reid, Manager, Operational Policy, Gambling Compliance Group, Department of Internal Affairs, acting under authority delegated to me by the Secretary for Internal Affairs, give notice that I have amended, pursuant to section 327 of the Gambling Act 2003, the Gambling Act (Casino Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004.

The amendment to the Gambling Act (Casino Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004 shall take effect on 4 August 2006.
