Crown Entities Act 2004

Reappointments/appointment to the Pharmaceutical Management Agency

Pursuant to section 28 (1) (a) and clause 1 (1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have reappointed

Richard Waddel

as a member and chair of the Pharmaceutical Management Agency for a two-year term of office commencing on 1 August 2006; and

Professor Gregor Coster

as a member and deputy chair of the Pharmaceutical Management Agency for a three-year term of office commencing on 1 August 2006.

Pursuant to section 28 (1) (a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have reappointed

Karen Guilliland

David Moore

as members of the Pharmaceutical Management Agency for one-year terms of office commencing on 1 August 2006; and

Adrienne von Tunzelmann

as a member of the Pharmaceutical Management Agency for a two-year term of office commencing on 1 October 2006; and appointed

Kura Denness

as a member of the Pharmaceutical Management Agency for a three-year term of office commencing on 1 August 2006.

These appointments were made by way of written notice to the members (with a copy to the entity) pursuant to section 28 (2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
