Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of the Surplus Asset of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution in or about 1984 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus asset, being the land in the Schedule hereto, be vested in Northern Buller Communities Society Incorporated.

This direction shall become final on the 1st day of September 2006.

Schedule

An estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 572 square metres, more or less, defined on DP 3545 and Section 2, Block VI, Ngakawau Survey District, described in Computer Freehold Register NL100/123 (Nelson Registration District), subject to mortgage 32919 to Commercial Bank of Australia Limited.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property
