Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Gisborne District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the East Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose (amenity) reserve and vests the reserve in the Gisborne District Council in trust for that purpose.

Revocation of Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale—Part Foreman Park, Hamilton City
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Hamilton City Council in such manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from a sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993
Declaring Māori Freehold Land to be Included in a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be included in the existing Māori reservation in respect of the land known as Te Kawa A3B Block, which was set apart for the purpose of a papakāinga for the common use and benefit of the Ngāti-Kapatuhi tribe by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 November 1960, No. 75, page 1769.
