Notification of Revised Code of Broadcasting Practice

Pursuant to section 22 (1) of the Broadcasting Act 1989, the following notice is given.

The Pay Television Code of Broadcasting Practice has been reviewed and revised.

The new code takes effect from 1 August 2006.

An emergency airworthiness directive was issued with an effective date as follows:
