In our opinion, the consolidated financial statements:

• comply with generally accepted accounting practice in New Zealand; and
• present fairly the financial position of the trust and subsidiaries as at 31 March 2006, and their financial performance and cash flows for the year ended on that date.

Our audit was completed on 29 May 2006 and our unqualified opinion is expressed as at that date.
