Change of Classification of a Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve Form Part of the Kensington Park Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a local purpose (community purposes) reserve to a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act, and declares that the reserve described in the Schedule form part of the Kensington Park Recreation Reserve.

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve, with the effect that the land will vest in the Central Otago District Council under the provisions of section 26A of the Act.

Amendment to a Notice Changing the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation amends an error in the notice changing part of a reserve and revoking another part of the reserve, being the Waipango local purpose reserve (hall site), dated the 1st day of December 2005 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 December 2005, No. 204, page 5185, by omitting in the First and Second Schedules of the notice

"Lot 1, DP 360519" and "Lot 2, DP 360519"

and inserting

"Section 1 on SO 360519" and "Section 2 on SO 360519"

in their place.
