Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates Limited, were appointed liquidators of the above-named companies by orders of the High Court on the 11th day of July 2006 at 10.05 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively.

The liquidators fix the 11th day of August 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are able to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
