Pursuant to section 78N (1) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Tauhara College (166) and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a commissioner to replace that board.

As a consequence of this action the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Tauhara College (166) (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 March 2005, No. 56, page 1433) is hereby revoked under section 78M (7) of the Education Act 1989.

Supplementary Integration Agreements

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietors of the following schools:

• St Theresa’s School, Invercargill.
• St Patrick’s School, Invercargill.
• Verdon College, Invercargill.

The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on 18 January 2006.
