Corrigendum

Restoration of Company to the Register of Companies

The name of the following company was returned to the Register on the 28th day of June 2006:

Smiths City (Rotorua) Limited. 053502.

It was removed, pursuant to section 336 (4) of the Companies Act 1955 (in its pre-1 July 1994 form), in the mistaken belief
that no liquidator was acting.

The removal was null and void (refer Re Crott’s Application (1991) 5 NZCLC 67,325) and it is proper that the Register be
corrected.
