Interpretation
alloy means a material made by the mixture of two or more elements, at least one of which is a metal
electroplating agent means any material used during the process of electroplating
flux means either a material that is used to remove impurities during metal smelting or to prevent oxidation during welding or soldering
metal means a chemical element that is typically lustrous, a good conductor of heat and electricity, malleable and ductile
metal industry product means any material used in the metal industry that includes, but is not limited to: metals or metal alloys and powders derived from them, materials used in the process of electroplating and printing of circuit boards, materials used for soldering or welding such as fluxes, and components used in the preparation or maintenance of metals
welding or soldering agent means any material used during welding or soldering excluding any gases used in the process
