by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section
241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Doowhsa
Limited be wound up and that Evan James Taylor, chartered
accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator with the
liquidation commencing on the 16th day of June 2006 at
10.30 a.m.
The directors have resolved that the company was solvent
prior to my appointment and therefore, pursuant to section
243 (8), no creditors’ meeting is required to be called.
