This regulation applies to each hazardous substance described in Schedule 1 with variation code 12 as if "Schedule 1" in subclause (1)(a) were omitted and the following substituted:
Schedule 2
This regulation applies to each hazardous substance described in Schedule 1 with variation code 13 as if "Schedule 1" in subclause (1)(a) were omitted and the following substituted:
Schedule 3
This regulation applies to each hazardous substance described in Schedule 1 with variation code 14 as if "Schedule 2" in subclause (1)(b) were omitted and the following substituted:

This regulation applies to each hazardous substance described in Schedule 1 with variation code 15 as if "Schedule 2" in subclause (1)(b) were omitted and the following substituted:

This regulation applies to each hazardous substance described in Schedule 1 with variation code 16 as if "Schedule 3" in subclause (1)(c) were omitted and the following substituted:

Control – Hazardous Substances (Disposal) Regulations 2001
Changes to Controls
Regulations 8 and 9
The regulations apply to—
(a) ethanol, >10 – 24% in a non hazardous diluent and
ethanol, >24 – 50% in a non hazardous diluent; and
(b) ethanol, >50% in a non hazardous diluent when used as an alcoholic beverage,
as if regulations 8 and 9 were omitted.
