Clause 35

In subclause (1)(ii), omit "." and substitute "; and" and insert the following:

(iii) the reduced separation distance may be applied only to one side or two adjacent sides.

In subclause 2(a)(iv), omit "or" and substitute "and"

In subclause 2(b)(iii), omit "or" and substitute "and"

Immediately after subclause (2)(b), insert the following new paragraph:

(c) in the case of cylinders, above ground tanks or cylinder filling stations which are located
in proximity to a high density traffic route, the high density traffic route shall be
considered as being an area of low intensity land use until such time as an upgrade takes
place and the site is reconfigured.
