Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board (Fees) Amendment Notice 2006

Pursuant to section 14A of the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Act 1976, the following notice is given.

Notice

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board (Fees) Amendment Notice 2006 and should be read in conjunction with the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 December 2003, page 4790.

(2) This notice comes into force on 1 July 2006.
Fee—Pursuant to section 14A (1) (i) of the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Act 1976 (“the Act”), the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board sets the following fee, payable to the board, specified in the attached Schedule.
Tax—The fee is inclusive of goods and services tax.

Key to Annotation

¹ The examination fee is increased from $150.00 to $175.00 per examination for persons applying to sit the board’s examinations 9192, 9193, 9194, 9195, 9196 and 9197, as from 1 July 2006.
