Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 2nd day of June 2006 at 1.30 p.m., it was resolved by resolutions of the shareholders and directors that the above-named companies be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Carl Micheal McKee was appointed as liquidator.

The directors of the companies have signed certificates verifying the companies’ solvency at the date of liquidation.
