Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952

Take notice that on the 1st day of June 2006, Bridgecorp Limited (being the successor in title of the rights of Bridgecorp Finance Limited pursuant to an amalgamation under section 219 of the Companies Act 1993), by virtue of memorandum of mortgage D660553.5 (North Auckland Registry), upon property situated at 96 Mellons Bay Road, Howick, Auckland, being all the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA122C/395, entered into possession of the mortgaged property.

Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997

Notice of Application to Register a Trade Name Product (Notice No. 1528)

Pursuant to section 14 (1) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, the Director-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry hereby gives notice that the following application has been made to register a trade name product under section 9 (1) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997:

Trade Name: Licebreaker Pour-On
Reference: A009722
Active Ingredient and Concentration: Triflumuron 25g/L
General Use Claim: An insect growth regulator (IGR) for the control of biting lice (Werneckiella equi) / (Bovicola equi) on horses.

Any person may make a written submission to the director-general, under section 17 of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, concerning any application notified above.

Such submissions:

(a) must state in full the reasons for making the submission;

(b) may state any decision sought on that application;

(c) must be received by the director-general no later than 30 working days after the date of notification in the New Zealand Gazette; and

(d) should be forwarded to the address given below.

A copy of every submission will be forwarded to the applicant for their information.
