Gambling Act 2003

Notice That Game Rules for Class 4 Gambling Have Been Made

Pursuant to section 367 of the Gambling Act 2003, I, Catherine Jane Reid, Manager, Operational Policy, Gambling Compliance Group, Department of Internal Affairs, give notice that I have revoked The Gambling Act (Class 4) Game Rules 2004 and made The Gambling Act (Class 4) Game Rules 2006, acting under authority delegated to me by the Secretary for Internal Affairs.

The Gambling Act (Class 4) Game Rules 2006 take effect on 29 June 2006.

The Gambling Act (Class 4) Game Rules 2004* are revoked on the same date.

Copies of the Gambling Act (Class 4) Game Rules 2006 may be obtained from the Department of Internal Affairs web site:

www.dia.govt.nz

or by writing to Gambling Compliance Group, Department of Internal Affairs, P.O. Box 805, Wellington.
