Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of June 2006,
a meeting of members of Ngati Mutunga o Wharekauri
Incorporated is to be held pursuant to section 24 of
the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

The meeting will be held at the Norman Kirk Memorial
Reserve, Main North Road, Chatham Islands, at 7.00 p.m.

Business

The business to be transacted at the meeting will be:

(a) to vote on the appointment of the liquidators; and
(b) to confirm the date and venue of the second meeting
of members as required under section 24 (2) of the
Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

Resolution

The following resolution will be submitted to the meeting:

That the incorporated society shall be placed in
liquidation pursuant to section 24 (3) of the Incorporated
Societies Act 1908;

That Christine Margaret Dunphy and Iain Bruce
Shephard, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, be
jointly and severally appointed as liquidators of the
incorporated society;

That the liquidators may exercise their powers
individually; and

That the expenses and remuneration of the liquidators
shall be payable out of the assets of the incorporated
society and that the liquidators shall be entitled to charge
remuneration at their rates previously approved by the
High Court.

Procedures

Members may exercise their rights to vote at the meeting
or by appointing a proxy or by postal vote. Postal votes,
which must be received no later than Friday, the 2nd day of
