On the 10th day of January 2006 at 12.00 midday, it was
resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant
to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Redlac
Corporation Limited be voluntarily liquidated and that John
Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, and Christopher Robert
Ross Horton, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidators
jointly and severally for that purpose.
