The shareholders of the company resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of May 2006 at 9.30 a.m.

Notice is given that a meeting of creditors will be held at the offices of Jones Young, Level Fourteen, ASB Tower, 135 Albert Street, Auckland, on Friday, the 26th day of May 2006 commencing at 10.00 a.m.

The business to be transacted at the meeting shall be:

1. Liquidator’s Report
   To consider the liquidator’s report containing a statement of the company’s affairs.

2. Appointment of Liquidator
   To consider whether to confirm the appointment of Kevin J. Gilligan as liquidator or to appoint another liquidator in his place.

3. Conduct of the Liquidation
   To consider whether the liquidator should be asked to have regard to the views, if any, of creditors in conducting the liquidation.

4. Liquidation Committee
   To consider whether a liquidation committee be appointed and, if so, to appoint the members of that committee.

Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register

In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Wilmar Properties Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, that:

(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act.

(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than the 16th day of June 2006.

Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register

Public notice is given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar of Companies must remove Jenna Limited from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies, thereby completing the liquidation pursuant to section 249 of the Act.

Unless, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, written objection to the removal is delivered to the Registrar by the 20th day of June 2006 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar is obliged to remove the company from the Register.
