Kevin John Gilligan, of Auckland, was appointed as
liquidator of Base Control Limited (in liquidation) by
special resolution of its shareholders under section
241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”).

The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of May 2006
