Notice of Dissolution of the Board of Trustees of
Meeanee School (2613) and Appointment
of a Commissioner

Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Meeanee School
and appoint
Rod Newson
as commissioner to replace that board.

All functions, powers and duties of the board of Meeanee
School are vested in the commissioner.

This notice takes effect the day of publication.

Dated at Wellington this 10th day of May 2006.
