Pursuant to sections 108 and 109 of the Social Workers Registration Act 2003, the following notice is given.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice 2006.
(2) This notice comes into force on 1 July 2006 and replaces the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 May 2005, No. 83, page 2007.
- Fees—The Social Workers Registration Board sets the following fees and disciplinary levies, payable to the board, specified in the attached Schedule.
