Against: Brendon Edward Harwood.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4289) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.

Notification of Proposal to Make Ordinary Rules
In accordance with section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice of his intention to make the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rule:
Part 67 Medical Standards and Certification, NPRM Supplement: Omnibus 2 Rule Fix Up Project (NPRM 06-02, Docket 5/CAR/3).
Amendment: Part 67.61.
Comments on the proposed rule should be submitted to the Docket Clerk by 8 June 2006.
Details of Notices of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) will be published in a special edition of the CARRIL (the Civil Aviation Rules Register Information Leaflet) dated 12 May 2006.

Industry Training Act 1992
New Zealand Road Transport and Logistics Industry Training Organisation Incorporated
Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, the New Zealand Road Transport and Logistics Industry Training Organisation Incorporated is granted provisional recognition as an industry training organisation to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the commercial road transport industry, the State Sector and New Zealand Defence Force for road transport related operations, the stevedoring and port industry (including the New Zealand Defence Force) covering port cargo handling, ship loading and unloading, and port marine services, and the road transport logistics industry (covering warehousing, but not wholesaling), and freight forwarding and distribution, specifically related to the receipt, transhipment and breakdown of bulk and packaging for reconsignment, for a period of one year effective from 16 October 2005.

Transit New Zealand Act 1989
Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003 (Rule 54001)
**Amendments to Transit New Zealand Bylaw 2005/7*
Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways**
Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and clause 2.6 of the Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003 (Rule 54001), Transit New Zealand hereby amends the following bylaw.
Amendments
- These amendments shall come into force 28 days after publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
- The Transit New Zealand (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Bylaw 2005/7* is hereby amended by:
(a) Replacing line 553, in Schedule 3 to read:
“From RP 85/14.03 to RP 99/0.90
Distance from nearest Road/Feature:
From 240m east of the Tekapo River control structure to a point 840m north-west of the Tekapo River control structure.
Speed Restriction (km/h): 60”
(b) Inserting line 553 (a), in Schedule 3 to read:
“From RP 85/12.85 to RP 85/14.03
Distance from nearest Road/Feature:
From 1420m east of Tekapo River control structure to a point 240m east of the Tekapo River Control structure.
Speed Restriction (km/h): 80”
