Notice of Removal of Two Nominating Associations
From the Engineering Associates Registration Board
Pursuant to section 2 and the Schedule of the Engineering
Associates Act 1961, I hereby give notice to remove the
following nominating associations:
- New Zealand Institute of Welding
- Society of Automotive Engineers
from the Engineering Associates Registration Board.
The removal of the two associations takes effect on 31 May
2006.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998
Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting
under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 5 December 2005,
which was granted under those Regulations to Annie
Burrell in respect of Toddler Territory (10391), situated
at 13 Kesteven Avenue, Glendowie, Auckland.
This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any
provisional licence issued to this service.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
