(iv) an undivided half-share in the area described in
the Fifth Schedule amalgamated with the land
in Computer Freehold Register NA20D/1244, subject

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this
notice to be set apart for the generation of electricity and to
remain vested in the Crown.

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this
notice to be set apart for the generation of electricity subject
to the easement contained in Computer Interest Register
CB30F/682 and to remain vested in the Crown.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Wanganui Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation revokes the reservation over the land
described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be
disposed of by the Wanganui District Council in such
manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the
council determines, the proceeds from a sale to be paid into
the council’s reserves account, such money to be used and
applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves
under the control of the council or in or towards the
purchase of other land for reserves.
