We, Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson,
hereby give notice that on the 10th day of April 2006 at
1.30 p.m., we were appointed joint and several receivers and
managers of specific assets of Retail On Main Limited
pursuant to a debenture dated the 15th day of February
2001.

Short Description of Property in Receivership: All monies
held in the trust account of Stephen McDonald, barrister
and solicitor (whether at the date of receivership or at
any time in the future) for the account of the borrower
in the name of either Retail On Main Limited or Retail
On Main Trust relating to goods and services tax
refunds paid to the borrower from the Inland Revenue
Department.
